Terms of engagement

These terms apply to visits to spark-routehub.click and to professional engagements with Spark Routehub Co., Ltd. (“Spark Routehub,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit engagement requests. Separate engagement letters and confidentiality schedules govern individual projects and prevail over these website terms where they conflict.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional commissions, cadence setups, board pack refreshes, and walkthrough sessions that produce financial reporting views for service companies. Published rates are informational starting points. A binding fee appears only in a signed engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our templates remain our property. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal business use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our site materials or resell our templates.

Client materials

You warrant that ledger exports and related files shared with us may lawfully be shared under your confidentiality and data policies. You remain responsible for redactions required by your agreements with customers or partners.

Liability

Reporting views and walkthroughs support management judgment; they do not replace bookkeeping, tax advice, audit opinions, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
