Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to professional engagements with Spark Routehub Co., Ltd. described on this site. It does not cover products, subscriptions, or physical goods we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when work has not started, when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, or when a written engagement letter expressly provides a refund path. Fees for completed working sessions and delivered packs are generally non-refundable.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@spark-routehub.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request, or within the window stated in your engagement letter if different.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel before the discovery call and before we have opened your source files, we refund deposits in full minus any non-recoverable booking costs disclosed in writing. After source review begins, we may retain a partial fee reflecting hours already worked and issue a partial refund for the unused remainder.

Non-refundable items

Completed Margin & Utilization Walkthrough sessions, final PDF packs already delivered, and third-party expenses approved by you in advance are non-refundable.

Process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days after written confirmation. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked working session once with at least five business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the engagement letter. If you cancel after drafts are underway, fees for work completed remain due.

Deposits and no-shows

Commissions typically require a deposit to reserve start dates. A no-show for a confirmed session without twenty-four hours’ notice forfeits the session fee for that day.

Work already started and materials

Draft views, annotations, and research prepared before cancellation remain our property unless the engagement letter assigns them upon payment. We do not purchase materials for clients as part of standard engagements; if special printing is approved in writing, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.
