Financial Reporting View Commission

A commissioned set of P&L, cash, and utilization views built from your existing bookkeeping—designed for founders and finance leads at growing service companies who need board-ready pages, not another spreadsheet maze.

Commissioned design with working session · 3–5 weeks · From ฿95,000 per commission

Location: Bangkok office sessions and remote document review across Thailand

Who it is for

Owner-operators and finance leads at clinics, agencies, hospitality groups, contractors, and other service businesses that have outgrown informal monthly closes and need clear reporting views for partners or lenders.

What you receive

A named set of financial reporting views—typically profit and loss by service line, cash position, and utilization or labor margin—delivered as print-ready and PDF pages your team can refresh after each close.

Included

  • Discovery call covering chart of accounts, close calendar, and decision audience
  • Document review of the last three to six monthly closes
  • Draft layouts for three core views with annotation notes
  • One revision cycle after a working session with your finance lead
  • Final PDF pack and a one-page refresh checklist for your bookkeeper

Outside this engagement

  • Bookkeeping or accounting software licenses
  • Ongoing hosted dashboards or login products
  • Tax filing, audit opinions, or investment advice
  • Payroll processing or banking operations

Who delivers the work

Lead reporting designer from Spark Routehub with optional bookkeeper liaison for source-file questions

How the commission unfolds

  1. Scope call to confirm views needed and which ledgers you can share
  2. Source review of closes, invoices, and utilization or timesheet exports
  3. Draft views presented in a working session on Phetburi Road or by video
  4. Revision pass and final handoff with the refresh checklist

Preparation

Share the last three to six months of P&L and balance sheet exports, a current chart of accounts, and—where relevant—project or appointment utilization summaries. Redact client names if required by your confidentiality rules.

Constraints

Work depends on timely access to ledger exports. We do not reconstruct missing history from bank statements alone within this commission; incomplete closes extend the timeline.
